     I just purchase this unit and its not working properly, I will like to Update it to see if that will help it can someone help me please

    Hello,
    To updates you should first register your tool on this website,
    provided the serial number and password that you can find in the "about" function on the scanner.
    then you must use the software update that is on the CD or in the "my autel" when you are logged in using the username and password you created during the product registration.
